Stickers must be intact if returning. Test your system before installing. Un-arm, then twist the two alarm contact wires together if you can arm your system then this switch will work for you. (when magnet is in place it is like the wire loop is complete.)
We accept items for refund within 14 days of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee (.50 minimum) will be deducted from the refund amount. We are unable to offer exchanges for different products. The buyer will be responsible for paying for return shipping. Items that have been removed from the package and/or not returned in resellable condition with the original packaging/accessories will not be eligible for a refund. Authorization for return must be obtained from us before returning any items. Items returned without an RMA # on the package will be refused and returned to the buyer. We are unable to reship packages that have been returned as refused or undeliverable. Once the package is returned to us we will issue a refund. Shipping is non-refundable. Had the package returned to us, we would either refund your payment without actual shipping cost (including the UPS shipping back cost), or you have to pay for the re-send shipping cost (with valid/updated address).

Within 14 days, you can return it for refund as long as the product is still in its original packing, AND, you will pay for the return shipping cost.

If your model number ends in L such as QS910MAL, these are usually used for projects like and LED lights turning on when door is opened, is this your intended use? If for an alarm system, it looks identical, but operates differently. It is a different open and closed loops on the reed switch. let us know so we can confirm this before shipping it to you.
ON TIME SHIPPING All packages are processed through our expedited support for accuracy and on-time delivery. Each package has a tracking number (except for international delivery) for easy online delivery status. Priority shipping and Shipping insurance are highly recommended but are optional. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged once it leaves our care.
* RETURN SHIPPING  If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we don't reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to us. Return shipping cost ( the cost to send an item back to us) is similar to your cost of driving back to any store for returning an item, which is NOT reimbursable. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost.The replacement will be shipped within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. We try our very best to ship a replacement as quick as possible but we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. In the case of a high dollar item we may have to send it to the factory to be verified before we can send a replacement. All serial numbers are verified for warranty before we ship the return replacement.
Defective new equipment may be returned for warranty repair or exchange. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to a repair charge. Non-Defective new equipment will be authorized for return if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. We reserve the right to reject returns in which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. A restocking fee of up to 20% of purchase price may apply.
