This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  Load up your creatures with equipment, attack and draw cards!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  Your commander is fantastic at fueling the deck by drawing you cards and protecting your equip creatures from removal.  Many creatures get bonuses when equip or have double strike so you can hit for massive damage fast!  The deck has an artifact subtheme allowing you to get additional value out of your mana rocks and equipment.
