    Description

    vintage Apache Native American
    beaded burden basket
This is 8" top to bottom.
The basket is beaded very well
and has no flaws or missing beads.
    The colors are black, yellow,
    red, and green.
the bead work is done in Peyote
stitch, (one bead at a time).
Right down to the carry strap at the
top, and even the long fringes at
the top and back, this is all
    accurately made.  Arizona has
    various Apache tribes, San Carlos,
    White River, Mescalero.
    There are many Apache crafted
beautiful items such as this small version
    of an Apache burden basket.
The artisan who made this basket is
inventive... using a white soap lid for the
    basis of the basket.
    The bead colors are beautiful.
will be packaged and mailed carefully.

    priced here on ebay.
