You are getting a set of four coin counting / rolling tools. One each for cents (pennies), nickels, dimes, and quarters. They allow you to get the exact number of coins for a roll without having to count the coins one by one.
Put the coins in the top of the tube. The marks on the side show the value as you fill. If you put in more than a full roll, shake the extras out of the horizontal slot.
