Overview
This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  Play a few spells to trigger your commander's prowess, give him double strike with his other ability, then knock an opponent out in 1 shot with Commander damage!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  Your commander is good at swinging for very high amounts of damage in 1 go.  Use his Prowess and Double strike ability to increase his damage and cards like slip through space to make him impossible to block.  Creatures like Talrand, Sky Summoner and Feather, the Redeemed get huge value from a lot of the same cards Shu Yun prefers, making them a good backup plan if you can't seem to keep your commander in play.
