Overview
This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  It's an "aristocrats" style deck, which means you'll sacrifice your creatures for insane value while you draw cards and spawn assassin tokens with your commander!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  The deck can still operate pretty smoothly even if you sometimes lose your Monarch, but it does have ways to take it back such as flyers, Subira, Tulzidi Caravaneer or Assassin tokens from your commander.  The deck plays a lot of cards that benefit you and damage your opponents whenever your creatures die, and some sacrifice outlets so you can trigger those effects whenever you want!  Rally the Ancestors is a great finisher by bringing back a bunch of creatures, then sending them through a sacrifice outlet to end the game with cards like Bastion of Remembrance, or triggering a massive Gray merchant of Asphodel by building up a huge devotion count that turn!
