Description

VANGOLD USA Guard Tour System includes: 1 piece reader, 12 checkpoint tags ( need be installed on location), 5 guard ID cards, data download tool ( usb cable or downloader), charger, case, management software and instalation video. Before guard patrols, you will need to install checkpoint tags on locations where you want to check. Then you need to make patrol settings in software; make route, register all checkpoint tag ID number and guard ID number in software and make tour schedule for each tour round ( which can make sure that guard must check his/her location at specified time as required). Then guard carries guard reader to scan each checkpoint tag at each location at required time, and all this information will be recorded in reader and once he/she finishes their job they are able to go back to control center, via cable or downloader, all information will be transferred to your management software. Then you can realize 2 functions: manage guard’s job, and at the same time realize property safety.
